How to Calculate Comeback Rate and Keep a Comeback Log

A comeback is a vehicle that returns for the same concern after a repair. Logging each one with date, tech, concern and cause makes the rate useful.

Formula

Comeback Rate % = Comeback ROs ÷ Total ROs in the Same Period × 100
